We’re excited to welcome local wedding professionals on Saturday November 29th to join us for an exclusive Industry Preview Night at the newly reimagined Bala Bay Inn in beautiful Muskoka.

As we prepare to relaunch this iconic property, we’re inviting talented vendors who serve the Bala area — including planners, photographers, videographers, florists, décor designers, cake artists, rental companies, stylists, and wedding creatives — to connect with us and experience the venue firsthand.

Vendors who join us will enjoy:

• Chef-prepared buffet dinner highlighting our new culinary offerings

• Private venue tour with our events team

• Networking with top local vendors

• First look at our 2025–2026 wedding packages and event opportunities

• Stay overnight at the Bala Bay Inn — optional but available to all invited vendors
